The gear used on An Unfamiliar Sky.
The Strat was the primary guitar on this Album. I’ve had it for > 20 years. It’s still the go-to.
I love my pedalboard. Part of the driving force to writing music, sometimes, is buying new gear and fiddling around with it. A lot of the songs were done through the UAFX Lion, with no other Amp involved. Where an Amp was used, it was a Vox AC10.
Using a Synth was a first for me, and I’ve still got a long way to go on it, but this little beauty helped me create a ton of the textures and sounds on the album. Without it, I wouldn’t have gone all out on the “space” theme.
Recorded it all at home, on Cubase, with drums I programmed.
